- ＜Basic Qualifications＞
1．10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 7 years of Business Insight & Data Analytics experience.
2．Experience leading small teams.
3．Strong analytical and communications skills.
4．Fluent in English.
5．Degree in Finance：Economics, Business Administration or Life Sciences.

5．Experiences in working agile model with user-design thinking experiences to prioritize and develop minimal viable products.
6．Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of primary marketing research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative design, data analysis and statistics.
7．Relevant market experience in Pharma
8．Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional audits).
9．Experience in Consulting is a plus.
